2. situation in call central, when customer call in and ask why they top up/ reload (rm5) already but the balance still remain the same? friend answer: cause your top up amount is too less and you need to top up another 5ringgit then the 5ringgit will automatic pop out.. so the total balance is only just 5ringgit.
